Returns

At MEDGARDENS, we want your shopping experience to be satisfactory, which is why you can return those products that have not met your expectations within 15 calendar days from the date the order was received at your home. (*) See exceptions.

You can make your returns at no cost, taking them to the agreed meeting point, and presenting the order confirmation email, your ID and the card with which you made the payment.

Refunds will be made in the same payment method and in the same card or bank account, with which the payment was made.

If you prefer to formalize the return by mail, please send us an email to meditgar@gmail.com with the order number, name and surname, the items and units to be returned and the reason for the return. You will receive our confirmation within 48 hours. (Important! Products returned without their original packaging could suffer a depreciation, which may result in a reduction of the amount that is reimbursed.)

The transport costs of the returned products are borne by the customer, deducting it from the final amount to be returned. Under no circumstances will MEDGARDENS accept returns sent postage due.

If your order is damaged during transport, do not open it and inform us the same day you receive it, sending an email to meditgar@gmail.com, in addition to indicating the anomaly on the delivery note provided by the carrier. We recommend that you check that the product packaging matches the one you ordered (size, model, color…). If not, please inform us immediately via the same email.

(*) Returns of:

• Plants and flowers, as they are perishable products.
• Returns of Christmas items are not allowed after December 24.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order or part of it before receiving it at home, send us an email to meditgar@gmail.com, informing us of your order number, name and surname, so that we can verify its status. Two cases can occur:

• If the order has not yet left our facilities, we will refund the full amount of those products whose shipment you want to cancel.
• If the order has already left our facilities, we will refund the corresponding amount, less the expenses incurred in transporting the canceled products back to our warehouse.

CHANGES

In case you want to change an item that you have not yet received for another, send us an email to meditgar@gmail.com, and we will proceed to cancel the first and order the second, compensating the amounts to be paid and returned.

Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed nationally against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of delivery. The guarantee does not include damage caused by misuse or habitual wear and tear. There are products that support a longer warranty period. To find out more, contact our Customer Service team.

Unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the products are in accordance with the contract as long as they meet all the requirements expressed below:

1. They conform to the description made by the seller and have the qualities of the product that the seller has presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.
2. They are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily destined.
3. Present the usual quality and benefits of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.

Personal data protection

The personal data collected in the online purchase process will be incorporated into a file owned by MEDGARDENS S.L., with the purpose of processing, shipping and invoicing the products purchased. We will only communicate to the transport and logistics company the necessary data to send you the products.

In order to place orders in the online store, each client will provide, voluntarily and under his responsibility, his personal data, which must be true and accurate. The user who formalizes the online purchase process, declares to be the owner of the information provided, or, failing that, to have the authorization of the person on whose behalf they carry out the process.

The user can only contract and place orders if he is of legal age. Otherwise, the responsibility for the acquisition of products by minors will be borne by the parents or legal guardians of the minor.

The user may exercise the Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending the corresponding exercise request by sending an email from the email address used to register in MEDGARDENS to the following email address: meditgar@gmail.com. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This website is governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile. Any dispute that may arise between the parties regarding the interpretation or execution of these conditions will be the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
