Terms and conditions of purchase

Legal conditions for the purchase in the MEDGARDENS online store.

These legal contracting conditions regulate the use of the online store of the site www.medgardens.es, for which MEDGARDENS S.L. is legally responsible, hereinafter Medgardens or the company.

Applicable regulations.

This electronic contract is entered into under Spanish regulations and, specifically, under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE). The electronic contract will not be filed by a third party and the language for its conclusion is Spanish. These general conditions may be saved and reproduced at any time by the user who makes a purchase through the options of his internet browser and must be accepted before proceeding to pay for the products.

In case of modification of these by MEDGARDENS, the conditions to apply will be those accepted at the time of purchase.

PURCHASE PROCESSES

To make a purchase at www.medgardens.es you must follow the following process:

• Select the products you wish to purchase from among those offered by the company on its website.
• Once you have selected the product(s) you wish to buy, you must press the “Add to cart” button, the product being incorporated into your shopping cart.
• After the selection of products, a summary will appear identifying the selected item(s). To continue with your order, you must press the “Process purchase” button.
• To complete the process, you must identify yourself with your user account data, fill in the registration form, if you are not yet a registered user, or purchase as a guest user.
• Finally, you must choose the payment system for your order among those offered by MEDGARDENS on its website.
• Once the order process is complete, MEDGARDENS will send you an email detailing the details of your order. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us. If you notice any error in the data entered in your order, you can correct them through the following means:

MEDGARDENS communicates that it makes complaint forms available to users at the postal address that appears in the legal notice of this web page.

The website www.medgardens.es tries to reflect as accurately as possible the characteristics, both technical and aesthetic, of the products. Although it must be taken into account that there may be slight differences between the appreciation of the product online and in the store itself. Please note that several products come unassembled. This information will be specified in the product file.

PAYMENT METHODS

MEDGARDENS has the following payment methods.

Payment by credit card used at MEDGARDENS is made through the secure payment gateway of Banca March. Through this method of payment, MEDGARDENS never collects or manipulates any customer data related to their card number. All the data is processed directly by Banca March, so that MEDGARDENS can always offer the greatest transparency and confidentiality in the transaction. The payment of your order is made directly with the bank, thus offering you maximum security.

The concept of the transfer must include the complete order number. Once the transfer is made, MEDGARDENS is waiting to confirm receipt of the payment in your account. Once the income has been confirmed by our accounting department, the delivery period will begin at that moment, proceeding to the preparation and subsequent shipment of the order.

If the transfer is not confirmed by MEDGARDENS during the period of 7 calendar days after the recording of the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.

1. Pay Pal

Pay Pal offers you the possibility of making your payments without having to enter your bank details on our website. Therefore, if you already have a PayPal account created, you can use it to pay for your purchase quickly and safely. If, on the contrary, you want to take advantage of this service, but you do not have an account created, choosing the Pay Pal payment method at the end of the purchase, you will be redirected to their website, where you can make the payment and, in addition, you can choose whether want to create an account or not.

Pay in 3 installments. PayPal offers a feature that allows purchases to be divided into 3 payments: an initial one that is made at the time of the transaction and two subsequent payments that will be made after that, every two weeks. If you choose this option, PayPal will guide you through the process of your request. The response will be immediate and you can finish the payment process. SHIPMENT

Shipping conditions only for the island of Mallorca.

The order will be sent through a company. The home delivery time can be 10 working days in Mallorca. The period can be extended between 7 and 15 working days in the Balearic Islands, when the product is not available due to lack of stock, or if it is an order for bulky products with special delivery. This information may vary depending on the selected product, in the product file you will have detailed information about it. All large volume and heavy weight items will be delivered at street level by the transport company or as far as their mechanical means go.

If the shipment is not delivered after 7 days after arrival at the destination delegation, MEDGARDENS will request the return to its warehouses. Proceeding in the same way to refund the amount of the items to the customer except the cost of shipping costs.

1. Pick up at arranged point.

In this delivery method it is essential that you present printed or carry your confirmation email that it is ready to pick up, with the order number. Keep in mind that this preparation process can take 24 to 48 hours. In some cases and depending on the availability of the product, our customer service team will contact you to give you a solution and to inform you of the delivery time once the selected product is available.

Shipping costs

MEDGARDENS offers free shipping costs on orders that exceed 60 euros, unless the order contains any of the bulky or heavy items that do not qualify for this condition and indicate it on their product page with the message “Special shipping”. This cost is multiplied by each unit added to the cart.

Shipping preferences

Shipments are not made to the Peninsula, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

The shipment will be made in the specified time according to the order confirmation message and the availability of the products in our logistics warehouses.

This may mean that the order placed may have more than one shipment and more than one delivery.

You can modify your shipping preferences, right after placing your order, as long as it has not entered the preparation process for shipment.
